ACTIVITY INDEMNITY

Before a guest is allowed to participate in any activity; such as any walk, game drive, Fish Eagle Cruises, boat cruises, fishing activities or any other potentially dangerous activity on the Game Reserve, every individual participant must please read and sign the following:

1. I warrant that I am 18 years of age or older
OR
I am under the age of 18 years and am assisted herein by_____________________________________________ (insert full names of guardian), my_______________________________ (insert relationship, e.g. parent) *

2. I acknowledge that I am aware that the activities organized and conducted by Pongola Game Reserve in which I will be participating are potentially dangerous and can result in personal injury, including death.

3. I confirm that I fully appreciate the nature of the risks that I will be exposed to whilst participating in the activities. I hereby voluntarily assume all risks which are associated with the activities and consent to the risk of any harm which may befall me whilst participating, including bodily injury and death.

4. I accordingly indemnify Pongola Game Reserve and its representatives against any injury, harm or loss which I may suffer whilst participating in the activities.
